Design Tiers

Design tiers are add-ons to the base price above. Select the tier that best matches the complexity of the design you want.

Additional Charges

• Foreign Soak Off = $25
• My Work Soak Off = $15
• Character designs = $10+ (included in Tier 4)
• 3D Character designs = $15+ (included in Tier 4)

Booking Policies

• Appointments only: All services are booked online with a required tier selection. Missing tier details can result in cancellation.
• Deposit: A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. It is credited toward your total. Squeeze-ins require a $25 non-refundable deposit where only $20 is credited.
• Late policy: Please arrive on time. A $5 late fee applies after 5 minutes, a $10 late fee applies after 8 minutes, and after 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
• Rescheduling / cancellations: Rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new date. Less than 24 hours notice requires a new booking on the site and a new deposit.
• After hours / squeeze-ins: Squeeze-ins are reserved for after-hours appointments and include a $25 additional fee.
• Guests: This space is designed for a private experience. Please arrive solo unless otherwise discussed.
• No-show policy: No-shows result in loss of deposit and may prevent future bookings.
• Payment: Remaining balance is due via cash or Zelle at time of service.

Extra Info

• Healthy nails are always the goal, and strong nails start with proper care.
• Gel-X fill-ins: After two fill-ins, a new full set is required to maintain nail strength and structure.
• Fill-ins: After 4-6 months, a new full set is recommended to maintain nail strength and structure.
• Broken nails: Repairs are available for an additional fee (based on design). Please select any needed repairs when booking.
• Nail fixes: FREE within 3 days of your appointment.
• Outside work: I do not work over another tech's set. Please book a soak-off if you're coming with existing nails. If not, the appointment may be canceled or an additional fee may apply. Exception: if your set was originally done by me and you went to a salon for a refill once because I was unavailable, that is okay — a full new set is not required in that case, one time only.
• Designs: You can bring inspo, but not every design can be executed on the spot. Please try to send inspo a couple days prior if possible.
• Aftercare: Apply cuticle oil daily to maintain hydration. Avoid using nails as tools. Wear gloves when cleaning or using harsh products.
• Refills: Book your refill every 2-3 weeks to keep your set looking flawless.

I strive to provide professional nail services to the best of my ability. Please note that inspiration photos are used as a guide. The results may vary depending on nail shape, length and products used. If at any time during your appointment you are unsatisfied or would like something adjusted, please speak up so I can correct it during the service.

For the health and safety of all clients I also reserve the right to refuse service at any time if a client shows signs of nail, skin, or fungal infection and if a client’s behavior is unsafe, or inappropriate.
